Simplify/Solve Complexity

In the modern world, we are inundated with complex systems. They surround us. And they often present us with uncontrollable and unpredictable outcomes. Further, many of the systems we are engineering or erecting in our societies are complex. Yet we do not clearly understand how to manage complex systems. Even further, our knowledge bases are growing exponentially more and more detailed and complex.

So there are many reasons why the human brain, which is supposedly incapable of mastering more than seven items at any one moment, needs simplification to help it cope with these developments.

How about reducing the infinity of instantiations of all types of systems at all magnitudes of scale, despite different mechanisms and dynamics to just a few isomorphic mechanisms? That is simplification on a grand scale and that is what ISGE and SPT has at a primary goal.
