ISGE is the acronym that stands for Integrated Science General Education. It has been awarded, to-date, a total of 29 individual grants from the National Science Foundation, California State University, and Private Foundations for production of an entire curriculum that satisfied ALL of the science general education requirements for a Bachelor’s degree at most colleges and universities. ISGE began as a philosophy of education, strategy, and project lineage of the Institute for Advanced Systems Studies at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California in 1972 and 1975, but most specifically as ISGE from 1993 on to the present.
